1 salted anchovy

3 tomatoes

garlic q.s.

oil q.s.

Originally, this dish was consumed as main course because of its high carbohydrates supplì to the diet of the farmers.

How to prepare:

Fry oil, garlic, anchovies and chessy tomatoes in a saucepan. After browning, add boiled water and the toasted bread. Cook for 8 minutes and serve hot.
